- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR leader to drive the people strategy for our operations in India. As the India Head - HR, you will oversee all HR functions across our diverse manufacturing sites, research & development (R&D) teams, and our extensive sales force.
- This is a key leadership position, reporting directly to the Senior Management Team, where you will also contribute to shaping the global HR strategy and have the opportunity to compete for succession in the global HR pipeline.
HR Leadership & Strategy :
- Lead the HR function across manufacturing sites in India, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the overall company vision.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the company's goals in corporate, manufacturing, R&D, science, technology, and sales.
Change Management & Transformation:
- Drive cultural transformation across the organization with a focus on innovation, high change readiness, and agility.
- Lead initiatives that foster a culture of collaboration across manufacturing, R&D, sales, and leadership teams.
- Promote high levels of employee engagement through transparent communication and change initiatives.
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards across all manufacturing and sales sites.
- Manage relationships with unions and other employee groups, ensuring smooth negotiations and minimal disruption.
- Ensure strong governance in all HR operations across the India sites, partnering with legal and compliance teams.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships with manufacturing heads, sales heads, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to align HR strategy with business needs.
- Serve as a key partner in managing key HR issues such as employee relations, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Influence key stakeholders at various levels of the organization to gain buy-in and drive change.
- Manage senior HR talent within the manufacturing and sales divisions to ensure a high level of leadership, development, and performance.
HR Metrics & Analytics:
- Establish and monitor key HR metrics (employee turnover, engagement levels, productivity) to assess the success of HR initiatives.
- Utilize HR analytics to drive strategic decisions and enhance HR operational efficiency.
- Provide insights to leadership on talent trends, workforce dynamics, and organizational performance
