- Leverage prior experience in the real estate sector to source and onboard professionals with niche skill sets relevant to the industry.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, talent availability, and competitor benchmarks.
4. Database and Network Management :
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates across markets, ensuring readiness for immediate and future talent needs.

5. Leadership and Collaboration :

- Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational policies during the hiring process.
Education and Experience:
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with HR specialization from reputed university
- Minimum of 10 years in HR with a focus on talent acquisition within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of hiring mid-to-senior level professionals across functions.
- Strong understanding of the real estate business landscape and its workforce dynamics.
