Job Description

1. Strategic Talent Acquisition :

- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for various business verticals within the Group.

- Build a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future workforce needs.

2. Succession Planning :

- Design and execute succession planning frameworks to identify and groom high-potential employees for critical roles.

- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure continuity in leadership and key positions across the organization.

3. Real Estate Industry Expertise :

- Leverage prior experience in the real estate sector to source and onboard professionals with niche skill sets relevant to the industry.

- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, talent availability, and competitor benchmarks.

4. Database and Network Management :

- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates across markets, ensuring readiness for immediate and future talent needs.

- Develop and nurture a strong network pool of industry professionals to tap into diverse and high-quality talent sources.

5. Leadership and Collaboration :

- Collaborate with respective Business Head | Senior leadership to understand organizational goals and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external consultants to drive efficient recruitment processes.

- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate selection.

6. End-to-End Recruitment :

- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling and sourcing to negotiation and onboarding.

- Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational policies during the hiring process.

Education and Experience:

- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with HR specialization from reputed university

- Minimum of 10 years in HR with a focus on talent acquisition within the real estate industry.

- Proven track record of hiring mid-to-senior level professionals across functions.

- Strong understanding of the real estate business landscape and its workforce dynamics.

- Skills: Excellent communication
