Position: Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (For Functional role Only).
Location: Bangalore (South Electronic City).
Job Description:
As the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent for various functional roles (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations).
You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure that we identify the best candidates who align with our company's needs and culture.
You will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, optimize hiring strategies, and contribute to our employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for functional roles, ensuring a seamless experience from sourcing to hiring.
- Talent Attraction: Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent using various sourcing methods, including social media, job portals, networking, and employee referrals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to understand specific business needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Draft and refine job descriptions in line with organizational goals.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit based on job requirements, cultural alignment, and future potential.
- Offer Management and Closure: Lead salary discussions, manage offer negotiations, and ensure smooth offer closure while balancing company requirements and candidate expectations.
- Candidate Experience Management: Ensure timely and transparent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance their overall experience and strengthen the company's employer brand.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, with a focus on functional roles across various business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
- Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
- Technology Savvy: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and other HR tech tools that streamline processes and data management.
- Organizational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 6-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with hands-on experience in hiring for functional roles across various business domains.
- Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM is preferred).
- Industry: Preferably from industries like Automobile, OEM Manufacturing, IT, or Consultancy.
- Availability: Immediate or short notice period candidates preferred.
