Job Description

As a Product Manager forour B2B SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) company, you will play a crucial role inthe development and success of our product offerings. You will be responsiblefor managing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch andbeyond. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, definingproduct requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliverhigh-quality software solutions that meet and exceed our customersexpectations. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing,and customer success teams to drive product innovation and achieve businessobjectives.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy, including product roadmap,feature prioritisation, and market positioning, in alignment with the companysoverall vision and goals.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify markettrends, customer needs, and opportunities for product enhancements or newproduct development.
User Research: Utilize user research techniques such as interviews, surveys, andusability testing to gain deep insights into user behaviour, pain points, andpreferences.
Product Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, createuser stories, and prioritise features based on customer feedback, marketdemand, and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales,marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless coordinationthroughout the product development lifecycle.
Agile Development: Drive agile product development processes, including sprint planning,backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, to deliver high-quality software releaseson time.
Product Launch: Coordinate and execute successful product launches, includinggo-to-market strategies, pricing, sales enablement, and marketing collateral.
Performance Monitoring: Define and track key product metrics to evaluateproduct performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction, and use datainsights to drive product improvements.
Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs withinthe organization, championing a user-centric approach to product development.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and best practices in product management, and proactivelyidentify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.


Requirements
Desired Skills &Qualifications

Education: B.Tech./B.E/MBA from a good college/university
Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of product management experience in the B2B SaaSindustry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering softwareproducts from ideation to launch.
Technical Background: Strong technical aptitude and familiarity withsoftware development processes, methodologies, and tools to effectivelycollaborate with engineering teams.
Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of business models, market dynamics, andcustomer needs in the B2B SaaS space, with the ability to translate them intocompelling product strategies and roadmaps.
User-Centric Mindset: Deep empathy for users, with experience conductinguser research, usability testing, and applying design thinking methodologies tocreate user-centred product experiences.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability toleverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and prioritise productfeatures.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills,with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams,influence stakeholders, and present complex ideas in a clear and concisemanner.
Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile development environment, utilisingmethodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with associated tools ispreferred.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to influencewithout direct authority, facilitate decision-making, and drive consensus amongdiverse stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, andquickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
