Job Description
- Title: AnalystLocation: Bangalore Electronic City PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:The purpose of this position is to provide support to both internal and external customers, providing them a professional, accurate and efficient response which will help them to achieve their requirements and to build good rapport with customers for growth of organization
- ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Provide scientific responses to complex questions and solutions to customers research problems, collaborating with more experienced scientists when necessary, recommend products based on customer needs and research interests
- Handling quality complaints by effective troubleshooting and investigating the root cause by collaborating with internal/external teams
- Develop positive customer and colleague relations
- Handling new client enquiries and acting as the face of the business
- Proper response on email queries received from the customers or internal team
- Identify and follow up customer specific requirements
- Handle MilliQ-lab water calls
- Handle Cross-Reference requests
- Flexible to work in Shifts
- Maintain a positive and flexible attitude
- Quality benchmarking and conducting internal quality checks, implement CAPA whenever necessary
- Cross functional collaboration and implement best practice to achieve desired objectives
- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education:Bachelor/Master s degree in scientific discipline preferably Chemistry/Biochemistry
- Experience:Requires minimum of 1-3 years work experience in a similar position (RD / Technical services of life science or chemical industry) DESIRABLE SKILLS:Good knowledge in written and spoken English
- Moreover, should have capability to work with team from different geographies and people from diverse backgrounds
- Intermediate work experience in MS-Office, Excel, Word, Email InternetDecent knowledge in Excel to use proper formulas and basic idea of PowerPoint for creating reports and presentation
- Should have good keyboard skills
- Basic understandings of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT)Knowledge in SFDC/ SAP / Oracle and all transactions which used for downloading the reports
- The ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing the changing demands; demonstrate high sense of urgency TECHNICAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:SFDC / SAP / Oracle user knowledge Basic Proficiency expectedSome Basics of SFDC / SAP / OracleNavigating different transaction and screensAbility to perform right search as per requirement
- Should be able to enter data in the system with all the required parameters, under supervision from experts
- Understanding different T-Codes and its impact on the results
- Microsoft Office- Basic Proficiency expectedComputer operating knowledge
- Familiar with interne google mail and Lotus notes
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excess and Power point
- Key Board Skills Basic Proficiency expectedBasic knowledge in operating keyboardShould have good keyboard skills
- Should have excellent skills in operating keyboard and should be aware of all the keyboard shortcuts to achieve maximum throughput
- Communication Skills (Written/Spoken English) Basic Proficiency expectedGood knowledge in written and spoken English
