Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Strategy
- Assist the Founder in business planning, market research, and decision-making.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline operations.
- Work on growth strategies, partnerships, and new initiatives across different business verticals.
- Work with legal teams to ensure adherence to government regulations.
- Assist in setting up risk-mitigation strategies for financial transactions.
Project & Process Management
- Drive execution on key projects across different departments (marketing, product, finance, operations).
- Create, manage, and optimize workflows for efficiency.
- Track progress on various initiatives, ensuring deadlines and key results are met.
Data Analysis & Problem-Solving
- Support in data-driven decision-making by analyzing business, user, and financial metrics.
- Collaborate with different teams to generate reports and actionable insights.
Product & Incentive Optimization
- Collaborate with founders to define the product roadmap and feature prioritization.
- Work on designing and executing incentive structures, user rewards, and engagement strategies.
- Align payments & payout gateways with seamless and user-friendly processes.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver new features that enhance the platform.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Work as a bridge between the Founder and different teams within the company.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment on key initiatives.
- Be the execution arm of the founders, converting strategic goals into actionable projects.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, legal, and finance teams.
- Solve operational challenges and streamline internal processes for scalability.
Ad-hoc Responsibilities
- Assist in investor relations, partnerships, fundraising efforts, and other key business functions.
- Handle confidential and high-stakes projects with discretion.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, startups, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL (optional), or data tools.
- Experience in handling cross-functional projects and operational workflows.
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills-ability to think on your feet.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work in ambiguity and take ownership.
- Experience with tools like Google Sheets and other automation tools..
- Strong business acumen and interest in tech/startups.
