About the Role:
Our client is preparing for aggressive growth over the next years, including both domestic and international expansion. They are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief of Staff to work closely with the senior management team on a range of high-impact projects.
As Founder's office member, you will be instrumental in driving key initiatives across various business domains. This role will focus on overseeing strategic projects, optimizing operations, and solving critical problems that are essential for the scalability of the company. You will play a key part in shaping the company's growth strategy, ensuring smooth execution, and enabling cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Management: Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional projects that align with the company's strategic growth plans. Collaborate with senior leadership to define project goals, set priorities, and track progress. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet defined success metrics.
- Growth & Expansion Planning: Work closely with leadership to support the company's aggressive growth strategy, including both domestic and international market expansion. Identify key opportunities and challenges in scaling the business, and develop actionable plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Operational Optimization: Evaluate and improve internal processes across various departments (operations, HR, finance, etc.). Drive initiatives to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows, ensuring that the company can scale effectively as it grows.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for the management team, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments. Facilitate collaboration between different business units to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives.
- Problem Solving & Scalability: Identify critical challenges to scalability and develop solutions to address them. This includes tackling complex issues related to resource allocation, system integration, and operational bottlenecks, all with a focus on long-term sustainability.
- Data-driven Decision Making: Work with the management team to analyze key business metrics and performance indicators. Use data to inform strategic decisions, track progress on projects, and adjust strategies where necessary.
- Leadership Support: Provide executive-level support to the CEO and senior leadership team in strategic decision-making. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on key decisions, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
- External Relations & Partnerships: Engage with external stakeholders, including clients, investors, and potential partners, to represent our client in high-stakes discussions. Assist in building relationships that support the company's strategic objectives.
- Change Management: Lead the company through periods of transition or change, ensuring that new processes, systems, and structures are effectively implemented across the business. Provide leadership and guidance during periods of growth, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a strategic, high-level role such as Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
- Experience in scaling businesses, particularly in growth and optimization.
