Position Overview: Assistant General Manager - Talent Management
Rodic Consultants Private Limited, a leader in engineering and infrastructure, is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager for Talent Management to join our HR team and support and execute the company's rapid growth with GM. The AGM will drive critical talent initiatives to lead and executive strategies to ensure high performing culture and ensure our workforce is equipped for future challenges. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in talent management, leadership development, and organizational development, with experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management & Workforce Planning:
- Support and execute end to end talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and career pathing to build a future-ready organization.
- Implement new high-potential programs and initiatives that identify, develop, and retain top talent across the organization.
Leadership Development & Employee Engagement:
- Support designing and rolling out leadership development programs to strengthen the company's leadership pipeline and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience, boost retention, and strengthen Rodic's organizational culture.
Organizational Development & Change Management:
- Support the organizational development efforts that optimize company structure and drive organizational performance.
- Play an active role in managing change, including supporting digital transformation and other organizational shifts, ensuring smooth implementation across departments.
Performance Management & Career Development:
- Contribute to building and refining performance management frameworks that align individual goals with business objectives, promoting accountability and growth.
- Drive initiatives and support new ideas for career development, providing employees with clear growth opportunities within the organization.
Learning & Development Strategy:
- Collaborate with team leaders to support new initiatives in the learning and development programs that enhance skills, promote continuous learning, and prepare the workforce for future challenges.
- Ensure the HR team supports employees' development needs at all levels.

Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-6 years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, and HR strategy, ideally within engineering, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to execute strategic HR initiatives, with experience mentoring and developing HR professionals.
- HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational design, and performance management best practices.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align talent initiatives with broader business goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Change Management: Experience supporting large-scale organizational changes, especially in dynamic settings.
