About the Role:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for strengthening the company's brand image, increasing its market visibility, and ensuring alignment between internal and external brand perception. This role involves managing all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), improving SEO for the company website, and ensuring that company's brand values are consistently represented across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Management:
- Brand Positioning: Develop and implement effective brand strategies that enhance company's visibility and market position. Ensure the company's vision, values, and offerings are clearly communicated across all channels.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer perceptions, competitor strategies, and market trends. Use insights to fine-tune the brand strategy and improve brand perception.
- Internal Branding: Foster a strong internal brand culture that resonates with employees, encouraging brand advocacy and ensuring that brand values are embedded in the company's day-to-day operations.
Social Media Management:
- Content Creation & Strategy: Lead content creation and manage the company's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). Develop strategies for consistent and engaging content that aligns with the company's branding.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute online campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and leads. Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Community Engagement: Build a strong online community by interacting with followers, responding to queries, and promoting a positive brand image.
Website SEO & Digital Presence:
- SEO Optimization: Work closely with the web development team to improve the company website's SEO. Ensure the website ranks well on search engines, attracting organic traffic and increasing lead generation.
- Content & Blog Management: Regularly update the website with high-quality content, blog posts, case studies, and project showcases that align with SEO best practices.
Brand Communication & External Relations:
- Marketing Collateral: Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies that reflect company's brand identity and value propositions.
- Event Branding: Assist in the branding and communication for industry events, conferences, and webinars where company is represented. Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.
Employee Engagement & Internal Branding:
- Employee Advocacy: Develop programs and initiatives that promote the brand internally. Create channels for employees to advocate for the brand and align them with the company's mission and goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, preferably in an infrastructure, engineering, or technology-related industry.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong experience in managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), creating digital content, and running SEO campaigns. Knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) is essential.
- Creative Skills: Ability to develop creative and engaging content, with a strong understanding of visual and written storytelling.
- Brand Strategy Development: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen brand identity and market positioning.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage various audiences, from internal teams to external stakeholders.
- Leadership: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking the initiative to drive brand initiatives both internally and externally.
