Sr. Manager- Marketing & Growth

- As a Sr. Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping Omaza's growth trajectory.

- You'll work closely with the leadership as well as manage a small team of business associates of the growth team to drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and contribute to key business decisions that align with the organization's vision.

Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Oversee marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. ) to optimize CAC and ROI Identify growth opportunities including new markets, partnerships + product innovations Collaborate with the creative team for compelling ad copies, creatives, and storytelling.

Team Management:

- Lead a team of marketers, and analysts fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making by ensuring continuous learning and experimentation.

Process Optimization:

- Identify inefficiencies and solve them to streamline the processes.

Requirements:

- Experience: 4-5 years in business strategy, consulting, or a similar role.

- Education: Bachelor's degree from Tier-1 institutions.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and problem-solving.
