Senior Manager - Marketing & Growth
Role Overview:
- As a Sr. Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping Omaza's growth trajectory.
- You'll work closely with the leadership as well as manage a small team of business associates from the growth team to drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and contribute to key business decisions that align with the organization's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute marketing & growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to optimize CAC & ROI.
- Identify growth opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and product innovations.
- Collaborate with the creative team for compelling ad copies, creatives, and storytelling.
Team Management:
- Lead a team of marketers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making by ensuring continuous learning and experimentation.
Process Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies and solve them to streamline the processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-5 years in business strategy, consulting, or a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree from Tier-1 institutions.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and problem-solving.
