Video Editor (3-7 yrs)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a "figure it out" mentality to join our video editing division for designing ads. The ideal candidate is expected to have a hands-on proven track record in handling the scripts, theme, and designing of the video creatives with a command over all the necessary softwares and tools required for the job.

Responsibilities :

Creativity : Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes by developing and maintaining design standards, guidelines, and best practices.

- Industry Awareness : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging techniques to transform creatives as per the market needs.

Requirements :

- Experience of 3+ years in video editing preferably for an e-com, gaming, or social apps.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects for 3+ years.

- Excellent communication as well as design skills (particularly video editing) with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies to both internal teams and external clients.

- Good analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
