Elixir Developer - Phoenix Framework (4-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Elixir and Phoenix framework.

- Optimize real-time data synchronization across multiple platforms for enhanced efficiency.

- Improve database and system performance through advanced caching techniques and connection pooling.

- Strengthen service reliability with robust observability, monitoring, and alerting systems for quick incident resolution.

- Expand our service capabilities through strategic architectural and infrastructural upgrades.

- Contribute to open-source projects and share meaningful innovations with the tech community.

- Maintain high coding standards and set new benchmarks for software development best practices.

Requirements :

- 4-6 years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Elixir and Phoenix.

- Deep understanding of OTP, GenServer, and process management in Elixir.

- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Redis, including performance tuning.

- Familiarity with AWS Cloud, Kubernetes (k8s), and Rancher.

- Hands-on experience with message queues and scheduling (e. g., Oban, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar).

- Proficiency in monitoring tools like Datadog and Sentry for system reliability.

- Experience working with GitHub, Slack, Plane, Figma, and Whimsical for collaboration.

- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.

- Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus but not mandatory.
