Senior Backend Developer - Java (7-8 yrs)

Title : Sr. Back End Developer

Location : Bangalore

Np : Immediately, 15 Days or 30 Days.

Main Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable distributed backend architectures hosted on AWS platform tailored for connected services in EV vehicles.

- Develop, deploy microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.

- Implement messaging solutions using Apache Kafka.

- Utilize MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, and manage caching with Redis.

- Deploy applications on AWS EC2, AWS RDS, AWS Redis, AWS ElasticCache, and AWS EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine architecture for long-term solutions in connected vehicle services.

- Communicate effectively within the team, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment with project goals.

- Utilize Datadog for monitoring and logging.

- Create API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years focused on developing applications on any cloud platform.

- Hands-on experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS.

- Proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot and Spring Cloud framework.

- Experience with microservices architecture and Spring Cloud.

- Experience with message brokers like Apache Kafka.

- Proficiency in relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.

- Knowledge in single sign-on (SSO) procedures and its enablement.

- Understanding of caching mechanisms with Redis.

- Experience in API documentation with Swagger/OpenAPI.

- Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with Kubernetes (AWS EKS) and its use cases is advantageous.

- Experience with over-the-air (OTA) server technology and services.

- Previous experience in the automotive industry or working on automotive-related services is a plus.
