Executive - Marketing - Brake Shoe Industry (1-5 yrs)

Experience : Person should have experience in Brake Shoe Industries:

Required Skills:

- Understanding and coordinating customers' needs and demands, customization of product accordingly in consultation with technical team.

- Conducting feasibility study, cost meetings and preparing RFQ's for the customer.

- Interface and coordinate between customers, application & engineering teams on product technical matters.

- Participating in cost analysis and cost reduction of projects.

- Co-ordinate and align activities related to product development with CFT team to achieve the target.

- Conducting and participating in various design reviews activities before sample development.

- Develop knowledge about customer vehicle platforms, engine roll out plans, sourcing strategies.

- Develop, improve & strengthen relationships in target organisations for business development. through constant visits and meeting.

- Managing activities like sales order, sales order schedule pertaining to finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales & order processing.

- To Develop new clients by analysing the market growth.

- Maintaining monthly customer indent delivery schedules.

- Achieving Annual Sales & new Business development targets set by the company.

- Annual & Mid Term Sales Planning, Sales Monitoring and Analysis

- Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.

- Recording sales and order information entering into a computer system

- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations

- Understanding and coordinating customers' needs and demands, customization of product accordingly in consultation with technical team.
