The aim will be to transform marketing with a practical, proven combination of analytics, customer-centric data insights
Prioritizing marketing spends, defining the right messages for end customers, and finding the best mix for advertising/ communication will be important
Actionable insights coupled with diverse domain expertise / industry knowledge will help the Company benefit from sustainable and profitable growth
Analyse the maximum potential of any target business opportunity- primarily India centric but with global vision
Carry out SWOT analysis and identify opportunities for improvements through gap analysis- product / channels / coverage / organisation etc
Based on such study and analysis, develop a marketing vision and roadmap strategy outlining major strategic actions needed to realise the potential in the form of profitable business growth
Develop action plan and strategies working closely with the business venture teams based on above analysis and monitor and implement through the business teams with end result responsibilities
Identify need for engaging any external agencies or experts, work with business team to evaluate and engage such external agency and monitor project implementation to ensure the end objectives are met within the target timeline and budgets
Provide strategic inputs to key business partners annual/ quarterly marketing plans
Share ideas and focussed marketing solutions aligned to the understanding of the business ventures and its end customers needs and behaviours
Benchmark against top marketers integrate traditional and digital marketing to help the business ventures deepen customer relationships, find new markets and create exceptional value

Assist with inputs on the Marketing/ Sale structure, roles responsibilities, incentive plans, training, KPIs among others
Mobilize creative and technological capabilities to design lead generation and other core marketing capabilities
Measure, improve help personalize every element of customer experience
Design and conduct relevant customer feedback satisfaction surveys
Wherever required act as a bridge between marketing and product teams to ensure coherent product roadmaps and successful product launches and communication
Create and publish various dashboards/ reports and keep all stakeholders updated with relevant information
Specifically track and assess the ROI of marketing initiatives
Recruit, induct, appraise and work seamlessly with Consultants who are onboarded from time to time ensuring smooth delivery of the project within scope, timelines and budgets
