Purpose Of Role:
- The incumbent will be responsible for taking on a leadership role in financial decision-making that affects our company, and will provide strategic financial input. While overseeing the overall accounting process, he/ she will play a key role in developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of the company. The role will also support the overall Corporate Governance and Corporate compliance process.
Your responsibilities include:
- [Direct and lead financial planning and budget management functions.
- Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance.
- Lead and coordinate effective MIS
- Balance sheet Business plans
- Budgets financial planning & forecasting cost controls and Internal Audit.
- Monitor & coordinate Statutory Audit
- Internal Audit and Cost Audit etc.
- P/L into relevant profit and cost centres
- restructure balance sheet and set up a strong financial review mechanism
- restoring the confidence of internal stakeholders.
- Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions.
- Manage Company Secretary role and compliance for publicly listed companies
- Oversee Direct & Indirect Taxation.
- Manage Budgeting & Risk Management specifically the allocation of funds (Capex planning working capital management and debt management)
- Annual Budgeting and Variance Analysis.
- Ensuring compliance of all Direct and Indirect Tax Laws.
- Take responsibility for facilities and asset management of the organization.
- Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the strategic plan.
- Finalize of Statement of Financial Account.
- Lead and coordinate an integrated financial planning process which includes inputs from sales
- products and operational expense units.
