,JobDescription:[The role-holder will work with business ventures operational teams across sectors/ domains in initiating and developing strategic direction, long- and short-range plans and innovative initiatives to lead operational Transformation and upgrade as needed to achieve the business value creation goals set forth
He will set up a high bar for quality and process efficiency/automation and lead the design implementation of new processes, delivery of large-scale organizational readiness, continuous improvement, program and portfolio activities and act as change agent to transform the culture of business venture teams to implement operational excellence initiatives],
Evaluate the current state of operations and efficiencies in business ventures and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement along with quantification
Provide strategic oversight and a framework for change and develop operational strategies with respective operations teams of business ventures
Drive the Transformation Plan aligned with business expectation at the strategic, tactical operations level
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to drive success and ensure that the concerned organization is meeting its requirements to ensure customer satisfaction
Remove roadblocks and barriers for Operations Teams through proactive problem-solving
Innovate with the business venture to drive value across product/ service
Lead management reviews, internal audits, and program reviews
Design and implement quality, design thinking, organizational best practices training etc
for all employees
Partner with quality, operations, supply chain and other functions to deliver improvement in quality performance and embed a culture of continuous improvement
Exercise a high level of judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Lead highly complex projects requiring facilitation and collaboration across organizational functions
Actively participate in governing body meetings and encourage constructive feedback
Plan, collect, analyse and report performance data and assess data against expected outcomes
Communicate and prepare internal/ external customers for operational changes and sustain a mindset of operational excellence
