- One of our client india's largest digital rewards back-end solutions company with an annual turnover of INR 3000 Crores a 100% subsidiary of a Singapore-based company working in the Digital Payments, Instant Rewards, and Gift Vouchers space.
- It is the largest enabler and aggregator of Digital Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Micro mini payments for 250 + brands like Levi's, Flipkart, Marks and Spencer, Dominos, etc.
- The clientele spreads across 200 + clients across verticals like BFSI, Loyalty, Retail, E-com like HDFC Bank, Amazon, SBI, Axis Bank, Payback, Paytm, Colgate, Asian Paints, Dell, Havells, etc. to name a few, and servicing top 12 private sector banks.
- The client is the market leader, owning 70% of the market share as per numbers with a footprint covering 90% of space.
- The company has grown more than 150% year on year over the last 3 years.
- We are looking out for an AVP- Talent Acquisition for our client office in Delhi.
Role Overview:
- A Headhunter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting highly qualified candidates for specific job roles, often in high-level or specialized positions.
- The role involves proactive search methods, networking, and building relationships with top talent to meet the strategic needs of client organizations or internal hiring requirements.
- This role is essential for identifying and securing top talent that drives organizational success and growth.
- A successful head-hunter combines strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the talent market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for potential candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, job boards, industry events, and direct outreach.
- Talent Mapping: Develop a thorough understanding of the talent landscape within specific industries, including identifying key players and high-potential candidates.
- Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients or internal hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Engagement: Initiate contact with potential candidates, build relationships, and maintain regular communication to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Screening and Assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications, including reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing cultural fit and technical skills.
- Presentation of Candidates: Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, providing detailed profiles and recommendations based on thorough assessments.
- Negotiation and Closing: Facilitate negotiations between candidates and hiring managers, including discussions on compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to provide strategic insights and advice to internal stakeholders.
- Database Management: Maintain and update a database of potential candidates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for future reference.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree + MBA/PG in Human Resources is mandatory.
- Experience: Proven 10+ experience in NON-IT Hiring - headhunting, recruitment, and executive search, particularly in specialized hiring for senior-level roles.
- Research: Strong research skills to identify and map talent within specific industries.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade top-tier candidates.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients or hiring managers.
- Negotiation: Skilled in negotiation and closing deals, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Analytical: Proficient in assessing candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
