Job Title: HR Recruiter

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources department. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates

- Conduct reference checks and background screenings on potential hires

- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system

- Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters and conducting new hire orientations

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR

- Actively involved with Employees until they complete probation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

- 1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
