Role & responsibilities

• Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and company websites. Ensure job descriptions are clear, engaging, and aligned with company needs
• Candidate Sourcing: Actively source candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
• Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews. Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Offer Management: Negotiate job offers, including salary, benefits, and other terms. Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth offer acceptance and onboarding
• Employer Branding: Promote the company's values, culture, and work environment to attract high-quality candidates. Engage in activities to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources

Education: Any Graduate

Mode of Interview:- Face to Face (6th Jan to 10th Jan 2025)

Immediate to 15 days notice period candidate will be preferred.
