SUMMARY:

Provides customers and end users with the implementation of NetScout Service Assurance (Monitoring) products (nGeniusOne) and support them.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hands on experience on Large IT Systems
Good knowledge Networking protocols and communication network.
He will be responsible for working with the customer team for the implementation of the work.
He will be responsible for the configuration of the Netscout products ( training will be provided)

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Working understanding of TCP\IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP protocols
Understanding of Packets analysis on Wireshark
Exposure of Network Performance monitoring and troubleshooting tools, load balancers etc
Knowledge of troubleshooting issues like slow network, slow application response
Working knowledge of LINUX is a plus.
Installation of OS on Servers
Project management for installation and commissioning of solution

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Customer facing Role
Visit to customer and their data centres in after work hours may be required
