Job Description
* Scope identification and project coordination.
* Communicating with different stakeholders in the project for project status, including progress, risk and any issues that may have an impact on project delivery.
* OEM and Vendor Engagement.
* Participate in Pre - Bid Meetings and assist Sales in Designing RFP and Proposals.
* Design Delivery and team management.
* ELV system design as per Standards TIA/EIA, BS, BICSI, IEC, NFPA.
* End to end design for ELV systems like IP CCTV, Access control, PAVA, Fire Detection - Advanced Suppression.
* ELV - specification drafting, schedules and sizing calculations.
* Developing suitable network schematics, SLD and further detailing.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION :
* Extensive relevant work experience with system design involvements.
* Advance Level Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office tools ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc. ) or Blue Beam.
* Good practical understanding of ELV systems and Cabling Standards.
* Good understanding of building systems related to HVAC, Electrical, etc.
* Design acumen for IP CCTV and PAVA will be an added advantage.
* Networking system understanding will be an added advantage.
* Access Control System ( ACS, Gate Control, Barriers, Turnstile, Visitor Management ).
* Intrusion Detection System (IDS / PIDS).
* Public Address & General Alarm (Controller, Amplifier, Call Points - Desk Station, Speakers, Sounder, Beacon, Array).
* Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV, Video Analytics, VMS, ANPR).
* Building Management Systems & Strong knowledge on Modbus, BACnet, SCADA, HMI, PLC is a must.
* Fire Alarm (FAS, VESDA, FM200, NFPA).
* Network Understanding (Switching - Routing & Topology).
