Job Description
We are looking to hire a skilled PLC programmer to design and install controller system software for our clients. You will be traveling to clients locations, analysing system requirements, writing and installing custom programmable logic code, testing system efficiency, and providing operational support. To ensure success as a PLC programmer, you should have excellent knowledge of machine mechanics, a logical approach, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A skilled PLC programmer should be able to easily identify and design a robust program fit for any mechanical or electrical purpose.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION :
- Qualification: BE / BTech - Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication.
- Should have basic knowledge of Current and Voltage.
- Should have basic knowledge of NO - NC Potential Free Contact and Latching.
- Should have a basic knowledge of Analogue Digital Signals.
- Should have strong knowledge on PLC Languages (Functional Block, Sequential Logic, Ladder Program, SLD, Structure Text, Instruction List).
- Should possess basic knowledge on Counters (Up - Down) and Timers (ON OFF)
- Should have sound understanding on communication protocol (RS485 / Profinet / Ethernet)
- Candidate should possess sound knowledge on Tagging between HMI PLC or Scada PLC.
- Candidate should possess sound knowledge in Panel Designing and Connectivity.
- Candidate should possess basic understanding on BMS and Strong Knowledge on Modbus, BACnet, TCP/IP, Profibus.
- Candidate should have firm knowledge and comfort in designing of Dashboard.
- SMPS understanding is also needed.
- Prior Working Experience on Siemens / Allen Bradley / Schneider / Rockwell Automation / Mitsubishi / HVAC (DCC Panel).
