Role Overview :
We are seeking skilled and experienced engineers with strong Development and L3 support capabilities to join our Front Office L3 Support Team. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, system support, bug fixing, and optimization to ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Level L2 and L3 application support and development.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues promptly.
- Optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve recurring issues and drive system transformations.
- Raise and manage incident and problem tickets.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, users, and management during critical incidents.
- Analyze and escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution within SLA timelines.
Must-Have Skills :
- 4-9 years of experience in L2/L3 application support and development.
- Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in any object-oriented programming language.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with users and stakeholders.
Good-to-Have Skills :
- Experience with Unix/Linux systems.
- SQL and database understanding.
For L2-Level Support :
- Strong individual contributor with excellent analytical and debugging skills.
- Ability to raise incidents, assess impacts, escalate issues, and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
- Focus on managing both support and development-related tasks effectively.
- Basic technical concepts knowledge to debug minor issues and assist in problem resolution.
