Key skills for the job
Role & responsibilities
1. Ensure that the company strategy is implemented by our ff meticulously to ensure 100% results.
2. Brand campaigns have to be followed as per the strategy given by the marketing team and driven widely for an optimum reach out for 100% success across all the h.qs.
3. monitor sales analysis in e-reporting should be meticulously done by dsm/rm/am
4. Ensure that the secondary sales for the key brands are happening in all the h.qs consistently.
5. The minimum selling units should be achieved by all the tms for key brands
6. Stockiest wise inventory to be mapped based on the closing statement and ensure that no stock is lying for more than 2 months.
7. Payment issues if any related to ideal inventory, expiries, etc to be attended by the respective dsm/am/rm and monitored by yourself.
8. More than 1-2 % of returns or expires from any location to be monitored and attended with immediate effect.
9. Communication / updation to gm/nsm on a daily basis both morning and evening.
10. Interacting with dsms/ rms & ams & ensure that they are working effectvely

This company work as PD (Propaganda) based. It's not an organisation, this is Baniya company they (Mr UKC) don't know how to run a organisation. In last 50 years they don't even established a single brand in ORG. Very pathetic situation.
