Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and customer behavior, coupled with the ability to build and execute complex marketing rules and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our software products to target audiences.
• Marketing Rules Development: Create and optimize complex marketing automation rules to personalize customer experiences and maximize engagement.
• Analytics and Insights: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to different customer segments.
• SEO & SEM: Enhance the online visibility of our products through search engine optimization and paid advertising campaigns.
• Lead Nurturing: Develop workflows and email marketing sequences to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure our approach remains innovative and effective.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and company goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the software or technology sector.
• Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
• Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms are a plus.
• Relevant experience working in a US Healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
