Implementation Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize the software to align with client requirements, ensuring seamless adoption and integration with existing systems.
• Map and optimize customer workflows and business processes within the software solution, leveraging industry best practices and knowledge.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure successful software configuration and adoption, and provide effective user training and documentation.
• Develop and manage implementation project plans, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate potential risks.
• Collaborate closely with sales and support teams to provide pre-sales support and post-implementation assistance, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation process, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
