Job Title : Sales Head - Out of Hospital business
Location : Delhi
Reports To : National Sales head
Profile Summary : The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, leading a high-performing team, and managing key client relationships with hospital management and doctors. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, managing the sales budget, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and providing regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and drive results.
3. Performance Management:
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital management, doctors and other key opinion leaders of the business
5. Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the sales budget.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Participate in the development of marketing strategies and promotional activities.
7. Reporting and Forecasting:
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and forecasts.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospital Administration or Sales and Marketing or BPT/MPT.
- Team handling experience of 4-5 years preferably in healthcare
Skills:
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a diverse team and manage conflict effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms and close deals.
- Customer Focus: A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to respond effectively.
Personal Attributes:
- Should know the local language
- Should be comfortable with travelling
- Preferably Married, male and female both would work
