Job Title : Sales Head - Plywood
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies : Create strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, identify new markets and opportunities, analyze trends and data, and create sales plans to increase revenue.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance : Establish targets for the sales team, monitor their performance, analyze sales data, provide regular feedback, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Manage and motivate the sales team : Recruit, train, and coach sales team members, ensuring they have the skills and resources to succeed. Provide regular feedback and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
- Build and maintain customer relationships : Engage with potential and existing customers, build strong relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments : Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 7-15 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the plywood or Laminates industry.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in sales processes, customer behavior analysis, and market trend analysis.
- Technical Skills : Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Other Requirements : Ability to make sales presentations, manage budgets, and develop detailed sales reports.
