Human Resource Business Partner-Manager

Job Summary:

The HRBP Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of HR experience and a strong ability to influence leaders, manage organizational change, and develop HR solutions that drive business success. The HRBP Manager will partner with senior leadership and business units to create a high-performance culture and enhance employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnership:
   
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise to help them meet their goals.
• Advise and support management on a wide range of HR issues including talent management, performance, compensation, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define and implement strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness.
2. Talent Management & Development:
   
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce development to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees and manage the talent pipeline.
• Ensure effective onboarding, training, and career development programs to retain and grow talent.
3. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:
   
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
• Investigate and resolve complex employee complaints, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
4. Change Management:
   
• Lead and support change initiatives within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Partner with business leaders to communicate and manage changes in the organizations structure, culture, and processes.
5. Data-Driven HR Decisions:
   
• Use HR metrics and data analysis to support business decision-making and drive organizational improvements.
• Measure and report on HR initiatives impact, providing insights to senior leadership.
6. Culture & Engagement:
   
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner or management role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and labor laws.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Experience with talent management, organizational development, and change management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred.
