Proposal Writing Specialist

Job Summary: The Proposal writers should have a strong background in the skilling

industry to develop high-quality proposals for government projects. The ideal candidates will have experience in drafting proposals for government skilling contracts and corporate CSR projects, ensuring clarity, compliance, and impact in their submissions.

Role & responsibilities:

• Conduct primary and secondary research to understand industry standards, market trends, and potential challenges related to government skilling projects.
• Develop clear, concise, and compelling proposals tailored to government requirements.
• Ensure all proposals are grammatically accurate, well-structured, and error-free.
• Adhere to government proposal guidelines, formatting standards, and submission deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary project details, financial estimates, and supporting documents.
• Revise and improve proposals based on feedback from stakeholders and funding agencies.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Business Administration, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience in writing proposals for skilling projects (government, CSR, or international funding agencies).
• Familiarity with government skilling contracts, CSR funding proposals, and various proposal formats.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of government skill development schemes (e.g., PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NAPS, NULM, etc.).
• Experience in grant writing and project report preparation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
