The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Zoho ecosystem, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in presales consultation. This role involves collaborating with clients to design tailored solutions and demonstrating the value of Zoho products.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation:
Engage with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Solution Design:
- Develop customized Zoho solutions that align with client requirements.
- Provide insights on configuration, customization, and integration across Zoho products such as CRM, Books, and Desk.
- Demonstrations & Presentations:
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight the capabilities of Zoho solutions.
Present technical and functional aspects to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proposal Development:
- Prepare detailed proposals including scope, timelines, and cost estimations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proposals meet client expectations.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, implementation teams, and clients for seamless project handoff post-sale.
- Partner with internal teams to enhance solution offerings based on client feedback.
Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest features of Zoho products and industry trends.
- Provide feedback for product enhancements based on customer needs.
Training & Enablement:
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure effective adoption of Zoho solutions.
Assist in creating marketing collateral such as case studies and user guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Books, Inventory).
- Strong understanding of API integration and customization within Zoho.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-4 years in a presales or similar role involving Zoho solutions.
- Proven experience in solution design and client consultation.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
Analytical Thinking:
- Ability to analyse client requirements and propose innovative solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Zoho CRM or related tools.
- Experience in sectors such as retail, finance, or IT.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience is also acceptable.
