Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Presales Manager to lead the technical sales process for IT infrastructure solutions in a system integrator organization.
- The role involves collaborating with sales, technical teams, and customers to craft innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of system integration, enterprise IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Development:
- Analyze client requirements and design comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions, including networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, and security.
- Create high-quality proposals, presentations, and technical documents tailored to customer needs.
Technical Engagement:
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, technical presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POC) for customers.
- Provide technical clarifications during the presales cycle to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
Partner & Vendor Collaboration:
- Work closely with OEMs and technology partners to design competitive and cutting-edge solutions.
- Keep updated with product portfolios, certifications, and incentives offered by technology partners.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and support teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful solution implementation.
- Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams during the presales phase.
Market & Technology Insights:
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in IT infrastructure and system integration.
- Provide competitive insights to the sales team to enhance proposal value.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or MBAs are a plus.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, including data centers, networking, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), storage, and security.
- Experience with integration of solutions from leading OEMs like Cisco, HPE, Dell, VMware, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.
Experience:
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in presales or technical sales roles in a system integrator environment.
- Proven track record of designing and closing enterprise IT infrastructure deals.
