Lead Generation Specialist

Role & responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential leads through organic channels, databases, and
• social platforms.
• Build and maintain accurate lead lists for targeted campaigns.
• Create and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate,
• etc.).
• Source and manage databases of potential leads, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify collaboration
• opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between MSU and industry partners, educational institutions, and other
• potential lead sources.
• Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
• Attend virtual events, webinars, and industry forums to expand networks.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience of about 2-5 years in organic lead generation, email marketing, and database sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of prospecting tools like Apollo and CRM tools (NPF, Zoho, etc) and lead management platforms.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setup

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on results and ROI.
• Familiarity with education or skills development sectors is a plus.
