Manager/Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing

Work Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Responsibility:

• Strives to achieve marketing goals and targets & evaluate the performance of the team.

• Provide guidance & support to the team in achieving the desired targets.

• Establishes efficient interface with the corporates, Public Sector Units, Physicians & patients for promoting the services offered by the hospital sector.

• Creates database of Potential Public Sector Units, Corporate, Government agencies, Physicians & Nursing homes/hospitals across India.

• Participates actively in health camps, health talks & community outreach programs.
• Conceives plans and organizes activities to promote Medanta.

• Participates regular meetings and performance reviews involving Team.

• Maintains and tracks patients inflow vis-à-vis corporate Relations team Targets.

• Complies with patient safety policy.

• Achieves predefined revenue targets.

• Manages corporate Relations team/ provides leadership to the team to achieve their targets.

• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reviewing professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

• Provides direction, motivation and leadership to the subordinates.

• Encourages the staff of the department for superior performance on the job, raise moral & increase productivity.

• Takes part in the annual performance appraisal exercise of self and the department staff.

• Identifies the KRAs/ KPIs & training need of subordinates.

• Responsible for imparting/ organizing functional training for the subordinates.

• Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
