Sales and marketing - AM/Manager (Referral Sales)

Job Purpose: 

Responsible for assisting in all areas of a marketing strategy from the development of different elements to their execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop an integrated, creative communication program from existing and new platform.
• Leverage consumer insights to develop brand and product positioning and benefit ladder frame work.
• Create and execute the brand strategies and marketing plans (managing both existing and new ones) involving work with AD-Agencies and PR-Firms to help communicate the plans from time to time.
• Leverage knowledge of business, category and brand marketing strategy into actionable plans, in alignment with the companys business objectives.
• Communication’s guidelines, development and maintenance of all image, product shots, illustrations and icons.
• Ongoing competitive positioning, spend analysis and reporting.
• Develop and implementing brand review process to ensure alignment across all areas of the organization on Brand standards and expression.
• Extensive Market Research that can be utilized to enhance and evolve the brand.
