We have hospitals in Gurgaon (Delhi NCR), Lucknow, Patna, Indore and Ranchi. We are also coming up with units in Noida, Mumbai and Delhi. Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager- PR and Media

Department: Branding & Communications

Reporting To: Group Head, Corporate Communication

Job Objective:

- To Present and maintain a positive public image of the organization which includes creating and implementing service announcements and working with vendors and strategic partners.

- To Implement Organization's communication strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

- Create new & improved communication methods and messaging for external and internal key events/activations/campaigns

- Integrate cross-departmental information to help develop a seamless, pan-organization communication system

- Help achieve organizational target by highlighting clinical outcomes /clinicians /medical technology in media.

- Provides key inputs to garner media coverage for new initiatives and activities.

- Enhance brand image through Patient Care stories.

- Enhance corporate reputation among stakeholders through Leadership profiling and positioning the senior management team and clinicians as industry thought leaders.

- Write and review opinion pieces, doctor articles, press notes and other media collaterals.

- Oversee day-to-day PR work in coordination with PR agency.

- Organize press conferences / interactions, media briefings.

- Assist in conceptualizing and developing comprehensive communications strategy for MEDANTA.

- Monitor, coordinate and execute the Media and PR strategy in sync with organizational goals and objectives.

- Preserve and enhance the reputation of MEDANTA

Work Days - 6 Days a week from office
