Communications Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of a brand's marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall business goals and customer expectations. The role involves managing the brand's identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels, and driving initiatives to enhance brand awareness, loyalty, and growth.
Job Description
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, marketing campaigns, and products.
- Oversee and manage the development of brand materials such as logos, taglines, packaging, and other visual assets.
- Act as the brand's voice in various communication channels, ensuring tone and messaging are cohesive.
Market Understanding and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, competitor trends, and industry insights.
- Analyze customer data and market conditions to refine and adjust brand strategies.
- Track and report on brand performance metrics such as market share, consumer perceptions, and campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with sales, unit marketing teams and other departments to ensure brand alignment
- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to inspire new marketing ideas.
- Collaborate with external agencies or vendors for specific projects.
Video Planning and Execution:
- Own, plan, develop, and execute audio visual /video assets channel agnostic
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of AV assets and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Identify opportunities for brand innovation and differentiation in the marketplace.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience: 6-7 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with market research and data analysis.
