Responsibilities:

Brand Leadership:

- Develop a comprehensive brand strategy to establish AM/NS India as a thought leader in steel manufacturing.

- Define and communicate AM/NS India's value proposition and brand positioning to internal and external stakeholders.

- Drive initiatives to enhance brand recognition and reputation amongst government establishments, local communities, customer groups, talent pools, media fraternities, industrial bodies, vendor partners, and other stakeholders.

Experiential Stewardship:

- Design and implement innovative experiential initiatives to enhance stakeholder engagement and perception of the AM/NS India brand.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create immersive experiences that showcase AM/NS India's capabilities and capacities.

Digital Communications:

- Drive digital innovation, leveraging emerging technologies and platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital channels.

- Oversee the development and execution of digital communication campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive results.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, brand management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

2. Proven experience in strategic brand management, experiential leadership, and digital communications.

3. In-depth knowledge of digital communications strategies and emerging technologies.
