Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to proposal submission.
  
• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  
• Build relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  
• Analyze client requirements and develop effective proposals that meet their needs.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in IT Staffing industry (US Staffing).
  
• Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships.
  
• Strong understanding of US IT market trends, technologies, and industries.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
