Business Development Manager(US Staffing)

Role & responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
   
• Identify potential clients within the US market requiring staffing and recruitment services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including HR leaders and hiring managers.
• Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients to showcase staffing solutions.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution
   
• Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company goals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, including revenue growth and client retention.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
3. Market Research and Opportunity Identification
   
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and market dynamics in the staffing sector.
4. Collaboration and Coordination
   
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate placements.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to meet client expectations and ensure successful staffing solutions.
5. Reporting and Documentation
   
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and presentations for management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the staffing and recruitment industry in the US.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and sales software.

Perks and benefits

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 3-7 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the staffing industry.
• Familiarity with different staffing models (contract, temporary, direct hire, etc.).
• Experience working with US clients and an understanding of US labor laws is a plus.
