Job Description:

Position: Head Sales - US IT Staffing

Location: New Delhi, India (Hybrid Role)
Shift: US EST (Night Shift)
Compensation: Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission

Role & responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US IT staffing industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Clients, Tier 1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and MSPs.
• Leverage an existing network of hiring managers and decision-makers to drive sales.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering tailored staffing solutions.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure timely fulfilment of client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Stay updated on industry trends to position Trident as a preferred staffing partner.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 10+ years of experience in selling US IT Staffing Services.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the staffing industry.
• Strong network of decision-makers, hiring managers, and procurement teams in the US market.
• Experience in working with Direct Clients, Tier 1 Vendors, and MSPs.
• Ability to manage recruiting efforts (Delivery Manager experience is a plus).
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM platforms.
• High energy, result-oriented, and ability to think strategically.
• Must be comfortable working US EST shifts.
