Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as Dice, Indeed, Monster, USAJobs, LinkedIn, etc.
  
• Utilize US IT recruitment tools like Resume Parser, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), CRM systems to manage candidate pipeline.
  
• Conduct initial screenings over phone calls to assess candidates' technical skills and fit for open positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure timely communication throughout the process.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using our internal database management system.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in US IT staffing or recruitment industry.
  
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques including C2C, Dice, H1B sponsorship options.
  
• Strong understanding of W2 employment regulations and compliance requirements.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients at all levels.
