Job Summary:
- To manage the owned assets of McDonald's: social media, websites and other such assets to grow online discovery and engagement.
- To drive creative best practices in digital content creation - both social & performance marketing.
- To drive brand affinity through occasion & moments-marketing and collaborations with relevant platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

Planning/ Strategy:
- To develop the owned assets (social handles, website etc) to boost consumer discovery online in line with the overall marketing objectives on reach & engagement.
- Drive engagement through high quality and relevant digital content and other tactics through an understanding of media platforms.
- Plan and execute brand affinity-building online campaigns be it occasion-led and rapid cultural content marketing.
- Liaise with other teams to ensure best-in-class execution of initiatives around big days, festivals or on-ground programs like college ambassadors and event tie-ups.
Key functional responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a quarterly plan for building engagement and brand affinity on digital.
- Drive best-in-class digital content creation - be it for social, digital brand campaigns, re marketing campaigns, performance campaigns on digital or CRM communication.
- Manage and update the brand websites regularly basis winning SEO practices to boost consumer discovery of the brand online.
- Bring alive the mainline brand and category programs on digital through suitable content creation and other tactics.
- Build buzz for the brand on social through occasion-marketing and moments-marketing.
- People Management Agency team.
Interactions:
- Stakeholder Interactions (Within the Organization).
- Brand & Category, Media, Ecommerce and PR teams.
- Stakeholder Interactions (Outside the Organization).
Digital agencies:
- Collaborations with media or other content partners to create relevant content.
- Geographical Scope India - West & South.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualification PG/MBA in Marketing
- Specific Certification (if Any).
- Preferred Total Experience 4 - 6 years.
- Preferred Relevant Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in digital engagement, digital content creation and managing social media and performance creatives.
- Agency experience as well as digital-forward brands experience are suitable.
- SEO experience preferable.
