We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Manager to join our team in Mumbai (Andheri) and Pune (As required).

Our successful candidate is someone who can hit the ground running on the fundamental accounting tasks and responsibilities.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for day-to-day accounting of the company.

- Responsible for timely and accurate completion of month-end close activities (Revenue recognition, accruals, provisions, journal entries preparation/review) and reporting.

- Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.

- Regulatory compliance such as GST, TDS, and returns filing.

- Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business KPIs.

- Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.

- Evaluate the financial performance of the organization.

- Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payables and Receivables.

- Prepared to travel to Pune as needed for reviewing accounting and finance tasks, attending meetings, and other related activities.

Candidate Must Have:

- CA Education.

- Highly competent in MS Excel.

- Highly numerate, well-organized, and with high attention to detail.

- Audit background.

- Previous experience managing month-end/year-end activities.

- Experience with GST and TDS regulations.

- Deadline-oriented and an ability to stick to time constraints.

- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience.

Commitments:

Working culture: 5 days working (Saturday Sunday off).

Work Time 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
