Responsibilities include but are not limited to:.

Compliance:

- Statutory compliance in Taxation (both Direct and Indirect).

- Companies Act requirements (ROC formalities).

- Employee benefits, including PF, pension, and professional tax.

- Secretarial practices (recording meeting minutes, understanding AOA/MOA).

- Licensing and trade renewals (monthly, quarterly, and annual).

- Corporate governance and copyright law adherence.

- Internal Controls and Internal Audit.

- Develop and refine IT processes to optimize performance, streamline workflows, and support effective delivery of licensing and royalty services.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum 5 years of experience and 1-3 years in a corporate environment.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS).

- Fresher's with strong theoretical knowledge and completed CS and CA Degree will also be considered.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to new areas, such as copyright compliance.
