Job Description
Summary
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance to the Director. They should be well-organized and comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on behalf of the Director. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the Director with necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for the Director.
- Assist the executive in preparing for meetings.
- Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of the Director.
- Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for the Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
