IT Support
Job Summary
Support the implementation of Protegrity solutions, including configuring Protegrity and third-party products such as operating systems, Microsoft Teams, Networking, and O365 solutions. Provide daily IT support and mitigate risks as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3+ years experience in IT Support.
- Experience with cloud technology and its applications.
- Strong knowledge of networking setup and configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and configure various network devices and services (e.g., Router, Wi-Fi, Access Points).
- Expertise in Anti-Virus Management (Seqrite Admin console, McAfee Endpoint, Symantec Endpoint).
- Knowledge of backup types, configuration, and management.
- System resource monitoring, utilization trending, and capacity planning.
- Ability to upgrade systems and processes for functionality and security enhancements.
- Monitor system security and respond to usability concerns immediately.
- Support the development team by recreating user issues on a daily basis.
