Job Description
To identify tenders in newspapers and through direct approach to society or brokers for redevelopment and land acquisition.
Produce business opportunities of specific locations optimally.
Investigate relevant information from PMC, society members, or brokers.
Conduct market surveys of society s area for redevelopment or land acquisition possibilities.
Prepare financial feasibility reports and get management approval.
Conduct cash flow analysis and calculate project IRR with the finance team.
Use Google Earth mapping for management understanding.
Conduct surrounding market surveys to assess project viability.
Purchase and study society tenders, prepare offers, and submit in required formats.
Verify property titles and liaise with government departments for information.
Explain offers to societys managing committees.
Maintain relations with PMC for redevelopment opportunities.
Arrange and coordinate site visits for society members and PMC.
Attend pre-bid meetings, commercial bid openings, and society presentations.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for societies and coordinate with architects for redevelopment plans.
Coordinate with internal accounts for payouts related to tenders, deposits, and fees.
Assist legal departments with documentation and manage redevelopment NOCs.
Meet with brokers/real estate agents for proposals and maintain updated records.
Prepare review meeting reports for management updates.
